Your personal details live under Settings. Here is what you can change yourself, and what to do for the rest. For an overview of your whole account, see your account: profile, login, and security basics.
Your profile
On the Profile tab you can set your:
- Name – how you appear to teammates and in the audit log.
- Timezone – so times across the dashboard and reports show in your local time.
- Date and time format – how dates and times are displayed to you.
Your email address
Your email is shown on the Profile tab but cannot be changed there. If you need to update it, email [email protected] and we will help.
How you sign in
You can sign in with your email and password, or with Google, GitHub, or Microsoft. To change or reset your password, see Reset or change your password. If you sign in with a provider that uses your account email, we email you a link to confirm and connect it to your account.
Recent sign-ins and security
Under Settings > Security you can review your recent sign-ins – time, device, and approximate location – so you can spot anything unfamiliar. This is also where you change your password and set up two-factor authentication.
